Scrolls of Transcendence

Scrolls of Transcendence were first added in Publish 57. These scrolls allow players to instantly increase the named skill on the scroll by the amount listed. The scrolls are obtained by killing monsters on any level of a champion spawn. Spawns in Trammel giving .1-.5 level scrolls and Felucca giving .6 to 1.0. The scrolls can be bound using scroll binders to a max of 5.0 Skill set.
